If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Beyond 30 days, if you are truly unhappy, just email us. We would rather give you your money back than have you stuck with something you do not love. We will always do our best to make it right.
Renewals and ongoing subscriptions
You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. The fastest way to request a refund is to visit paddle.net and sign in with the email used for your purchase, or use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you. You can also email billing@duetcut.com from the email address on your account, including your order ID and a brief reason.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy may not be eligible for a refund.
- Promotional or discounted items may have different terms, which will be disclosed at the point of sale.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law (for example, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law).
