This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes content and behavior that are not allowed on DuetCut. It applies to anyone using the Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination, with no refund.
You may not use DuetCut to upload, generate, or distribute content that:
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance — reported to authorities).
- Is non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake pornography, or sexual content depicting real people without consent.
- Promotes terrorism, organized violence, or violent extremism.
- Incites or threatens violence against people or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Infringes intellectual property rights you do not own or have a license to use.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person or organization to deceive.
- Distributes malware, phishing material, or attempts to compromise the security of users or systems.
- Violates privacy laws or exposes others' personal data without consent.
- Promotes illegal goods or services in your or the viewer's jurisdiction.
You may not use the Service to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest the Service or its outputs.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, or content moderation systems.
- Place excessive load on our infrastructure (e.g., abusive automation).
Reporting
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please email abuse@duetcut.com with details. We review reports promptly and take action when warranted.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. For severe violations (especially those involving minors or imminent harm), we will report to law enforcement.
